Bill and I met in cyberspace when I was moderator of the West Point Forum. Given his larger-than-life personality we sometimes found ourselves on opposite sides of contentious issues. From disagreement grew respect and eventually friendship. Bill's myriad accomplishments ensured that his reputation preceded him throughout both the Ranger and West Point communities. He will be missed. Rangers Lead The Way! |
