| Among his many accomplishments, Don Barrell was instrumental in expanding the ROTC Program throughout the State of Hawaii, having an immeasurable effect on its youth. As his "look alike" I was greeted throughout the State as "Colonel Barrell", a reflection of his impact and persona. I'll miss you "Uncle Donny". I owe you. Rest in peace; you deserve it! |
