Greetings to the Family and Friends of COL (Retired) Clark T. Ballard: Today (October 14, 2020), I had the honor and privilege of serving as the United States Military Academy Superintendent Representative during the graveside services for COL (Ret) Ballard. On behalf of my family, I would like to offer you all my deepest sympathies. May God grant you all blessings and peace during the difficult days ahead.
