| John and I were never in the same companies, yet as is usually the case at WP, our paths certainly crossed numerous times, whether in academics, athletics or some other activity. I shall always remember being struck by his humility and self-effacing demeanor. Amidst all the egos and excessive testestorone John seemed above it all. He stood out as a gentle man and a true gentleman in every sense of the word. I feel honored to have known him. |
