| I got to visit with Gary a number of times over the several years he & Loretta were in San Diego (Rancho Bernardo). He truly was a gentleman and I don't believe he ever needed an act of Congress to dub him so. Modest. Good sense of humor. Smart cookie. Gary was retired during his spell while Loretta continued to work. Our get-to-gethers at times also included John Knutzen as we all lived in close proximity. I can't think of two finer men who left us early and joined in that Long Gray Line. Reach out ... |
