Be Thou At Peace

Posted by Paul Kelly on May 4, 2016:

I am one of the many nephews of David Bujalski. My Mother is David's oldest Sister. My memories of Uncle David are vivid. He was by the far the largest man I knew in my youth. He seemed like a giant next to us. I still have a picture of him with my brothers and sisters. He made a great impression on us all, as did his brothers who all served in the military. My brother Michael served in the Special Forces and I served and retired from the US Army Signal Corps. Two of my sons served (one currently) in the US Navy and we all hope their sons carry on this tradition. What I remember most about Uncle David was his kindness. He was the most gentle man I ever knew and I wish every day that I could be just like him. He died too young and we still miss him today.
