| Al was in 2nd Regiment and I was in 1st, so I remember him primarily from the four years we spent together on the Rifle team. Al was always cheerful and ready with a humorous take on any situation, however dire. I never had the good fortune to be stationed with him after graduation, but managed to follow his travels and achievements through the Class directory and Assembly. The Class of 1964 has lost a true gentleman and one of its best men. |
