| Skeet Sleet was one of the kindest and gentlest members of our class. I never saw him in anger nor ever heard him utter a unkind word about anyone. He was handsome and popular. As USMA Cadets and company-mates, Skeet and I were close although we drifted apart in separate career paths after graduation. I saw him at our reunion this past September. It was great to renew aquaintances. It is hard to believe that he has departed this world. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered. May he rest in eternal peace. |
