Jeff was a fellow Buckeye from Cincinnati. Me, from the NE corner of the state. we crossed paths often and he was remarkably like an older brother to me. One who was somewhat skeptical in a controlled humored way about whether I was going to crash and do rolls on the race track. Or, more like ...
