| It was with great sadness that I read on Tuesday of Colonel Kleb's passing. I had the pleasure of serving as one of his "threat analysts" at Fort Bliss in 1979 and 1980; my time with him was one of the most enjoyable and educational experiences of my Army service. I genuinely regret his passing, and would like hereby to express my sincerest belated condolences to his loved ones and friends. |
