| We met Bill when he was living in Dominica. We became close friends from the first meeting. Bill was energetic, intellegent and full of life. Throughout his illness we kept in touch with each other. We are very gratefull for the visit with him during that time and will never forget. Bill will always be in our heart and thoughts and is very much missed. |
