5 years ago today you left us, Dad. Not a day goes by that we don't think of you. I wish you could sit in your chair, and hold your grandchildren on your lap one more time. You would have adored your newest granddaughter and grandson. Words can't express the incredible grief and sadness on our hearts without you here. I still find myself going to call you when I have a question, because of course, Dad would know. I love you, Dad. You taught me what Duty, Honor, and Country really mean, and I intend to pass that on to my children. Say hi to Grandma and Grandpa for me. Love, Your Lady Kate |
