| Although we did not cross paths often beyond our time at West Point, I always considered him a friend and was saddened when I heard of his death. Ed and I were on the plebe track team together. He stayed with track, but I was too slow to continue past plebe year. I last saw him at our 55+1 reunion; he was ill, but he was the same Eddie - a real good guy. He is missed. |
