Lt. Howard was a very good platoon leader and a decent person. He willingly shared his knowledge; improved my map reading and jungle navigation skills which was very useful during my two infantry tours in Vietnam. I am sure that he is now in a peaceful and better place. Respectfully, Ben Privitt |
