Never had the pleasure of meeting you except through the book The Long Gray Line and your class of 1966. You are not forgotten. The last, as far as I can see, of the boys who died in Viet Nam. Congressman Crenshaw of the great state of Texas asked us all to remember a soldier. I remember you all - and all the lives lost in a war we couldn't win. In a place we shouldn't have been if we weren't going to be allowed to win. God bless you all. |
