| I was very sad to hear of Tim's passing. I had not seen Tim since graduation. But my memories of Tim are still quite clear. He was one of our classmates you often had a smile on his face and seemed very generous with his time and energy to support other classmates. He was one of the best athletes in our class, often reminding many of us of someone who would have been a terrific decathlon champion. Although Tim and I were not close, we had many classes together, being in the first regiment during our plebe and yearling (first and second) years at the Academy and having several classes together during our last two years. Tim was a very bright guy and we all knew that Tim Jeffrey someday would be a great leader, bringing honor to our class. He will be dearly missed. |
