| I served with LTC Snell in the Republic of Panama when he was our BN XO and later our Commander. Was shocked to see his passing. He was a great officer, an experienced soldier, and a caring leader. Later in my career I served 2 tours in Afghanistan and many lessons learn as a young officer by LTC Snell made a difference to myself and those I lead. Thank-you Sir. RIP |
