Dave was a member of the F-2 Zoo. We are blessed to have had him as a classmate, friend and, at times, "cohort in crime": Zoo-style. He and Diane joined us for our '70 Zoo annual mini-reunion last year. We reminisced about our time together and I heard stories from Dave that I never knew before about him or his time at WP. As close a group of classmates that we were/are, he did things and endured things that I never knew. Although he has been taken early from us, he will never be forgotten. His life and his heart were shown for all to see as Diane and their sons stood sad but proud at his funeral service. The boys have been well-grounded by their parents and will always succeed. I will miss him-the Zoo has lost a great man. |
