I extend my deepest condolences to Jim's wife Sally and son Peter. Jim was a great guy with a unique character whose presence will be sorely missed. He demonstrated great strength of character and sense of morality. Jim was a brilliant man, full of life with an awesome sense of humor. There was never any doubt about his convictions and his dedication to his family and to his work at the VA. Jim worked tirelessly over many years to help keep the West Point Class of 1975 together with numerous successes. May it be said well done, be thou at peace.
