I was fortunate to work with Ed at OMNI Construction Inc in Bethesda, Maryland during the construction hey day of mid-1980s and enjoyed his professional and personal friendship. We would sometimes commute to work together sharing enjoyable stories about our up-bringings, college lives, work experiences, and families. To this day I still can see Ed chewing on his beloved pipe as he contemplated his next move to resolve one of the many owner's design and construction problems on the Tysons Space Center Project. Ed, you and your family are forever in our prayers. |
