| It's been over a year since Earl died, and I still miss him. We shared a passion for flying, and aside from being West Point classmates, we were stick-buddies at the AH-64 Apache Qualification Course. I knew he wouldn't stay a CW2 for long, and was pleased to see him later command 1-151 Avn (SC ARNG). The troops he commanded, I am sure, were as lucky as I was to have known him. Rest in peace, my friend. |
