As we get older and reflect on our lives we remember fondly all the people we have known. My wife and I were remembering our days at Fort Polk and Jody came to mind, so when I went to find him I was saddened by this discovery. Jody and I served in Co A, 5th Signal Battalion. I have to echo all the comments about his tremendous attitude, playful nature and competitiveness. He was a good comrade in arms and a fine person. Even though we have not seen each other in years, there is a hole in my being. |
