Dear Ian- I am so sad to hear of your passing. I worked for you at AT&T. I always admired your leadership, honesty and caring personality. I have to say you were the best Branch Manager I ever worked for in 25 years in the company. I will always hold fond memories of you. It was my privilege to know you and work for you.
