Be Thou At Peace

| Frank and I were roommates through all of cow year and during our year at Ft. Rucker. He was my good friend and I have many great memories of our time together. He lived life to the fullest every single day. I will never forget our weekly support of the firstie club watching 'Thirtysomething' on Monday nights drinking St. Pauli Girl beer and racing back before taps. He spent days writing my Howitzer entry making sure it was perfect, knowing that it was something we would reflect on in 50 years as a memory of a time long ago. I regret we will not be able to reflect on these memories together as old men. I will never forget him or the memories he left behind. Be thou at peace my friend. |
