| I was shocked and saddened to learn Cwik is no longer with us. Like Rich Murg, I remember Frank mostly from plebe boxing. Unlike Rich and Frank, I was a terrible boxer, and I recall one day when Frank and I were sparring, he coached me a little between rounds, enabling me to get in the only punches I ever landed on him . . . until he figured out what I was doing and adjusted accordingly. I didn't have much contact with him beyond that, but like the others who posted here, I remember Frank as a selfless and kind-hearted (and cwik-fisted!) guy. |
