I've known Elissa since day one at USMA. How could anyone not notice her amongst all the new cadets? Tall, bubbly and full of energy and life. Through all the 4 years there, she had her shares of ups and downs. Graduation day was a day she looked forward to since day one in Beast Barracks. Then came Germany. What a generous spirit she was. She lived life fully and I am still in shock of her passing, even after all these years. With the coming 15th Reunion, I am now finally able to leave this on her behalf. Keep smiling Elissa, for you'll always be the green eyed girl in my minds eyes, and shall remain forever young. |
