Mr. & Mrs. Paine, Sorry about the delay, but I just found out about this. I was in Mark's squad at the Officer basic course. We hung out together most weekends during the school and I even had the opportunity to meet your oldest son when he was in Atlanta for business. Mark stayed at my home in Florida for a few days and my wife absolutely loved him. I just wanted to say how sorry I am for your loss. Mark is a fantastic person and a fine Officer. I am currently stationed in Arlington and had no idea he was here. I will go see him this weekend. John Parrish |
