Be Thou At Peace

Posted by Peter Spina on November 18, 2005:

Some people are born to lead and Jim, you were born into that role in every aspect of your life. Whether its on the diamond, the grind-iron, or on the battlefield you lead the way and we followed your muddy, sweat-soaked jersey without hesitation.

You are so many things to so many different people, but for me, you were a friend, a teammate, the goof-ball in the locker room who was either cracking jokes or chasing Juice around, a SMART-ass and just a great guy that everyone could count on. You were so many things wrapped into one person and I feel honored to have known you.

?It is foolish and wrong to mourn the men who died. Rather, we should thank God that such men lived?.?Gen. Patton

Tori, Kathy, Mr. /Mrs. Gurbisz- Jim?s laughter, enthusiasm, Love and much more will live through the great memories we all have of him. I?m deeply saddened by this great loss.
