Henry Burns, Jr. received his Ph. D. from Southern Illinois University in 1971 in Political Science. He was active in the criminal justice system, taught Corrections in the Department of Corrections in Arkansas,Delaware, Illinois, Maryland, and several other States. He authored textbooks and sourcebooks and was one of the top people in his field. |
