| My heart aches for your family. I have been reading these eulogies for the past 4 years now. This one touches me more than any other. My daughter is class of 08 and the reality of her going out to fight for freedom has never been so real. She has told me that she is willing to die for our country. That is what I will have to hold on to if I ever find myself walking in your footsteps. These young people of West Point know what kind of danger lies ahead for them yet they do it with Duty, Honor, Country in their hearts. I am so proud of your husband and son and I don’t even know him. May he rest in peace. |
