Be Thou At Peace

Posted by Lindsay on December 26, 2016:

You were in my dream last night and we were dating and being young again. Although I only knew you for a short time those memories come now and then and I think of how lucky I was to have known you. Met you at such a fun, carefree time in life and though crazy and fun behavior was part of what made you- you...I think back to those young days that were filled with fun and not many responsibilities though West Point was obviously a big one for you- I wonder where you would be and what you would be doing now. I am sure an amazing family man as you would make a great one. I am married and with a 21 month old now and my husband's name is Greg. Sometimes I catch myself thinking of those carefree days with you and know that one day I will see you again and we can be crazy and carefree, drinking Coronas on the beach overlooking the neverending ocean. Like the ocean, your memory goes on forever. Thinking of you...and smiling
