| To Mitchel's family, classmates & friends: Be comforted in your sadness that The Long Gray Line salutes Mitchel, and that he succeeded by standing with & amongst the Corps at West Point and now for eternity. My class of 1963 lost three classmates before graduation, but they are not forgotten. The class of 2009 will honor his memory as well, of this I am certain. May all of you stand tall & together in consolation to honor Mitchel's life. Peace. |
