Sal was a plebe in my MA103 class. He worked unfailingly hard in the class and always showed up with a positive, never-quit attitude though I'm sure math wasn't his favorite class. I saw Sal on post infrequently after that semester, but every time I ran in to him, Sal had a big, bright smile and kind, cheerful words for me. The world has lost a wonderful soul. RIP, Sal. You will be missed. |
