I will remember his perpetual smile, his dedication to his duties, and positive attitude. He was a leader. Indeed it is a sad day for our country when we lose such a bright, rising star who has already, and would no doubt have continued to give so much to those around him. If not for the ones that will follow (inspired by such great men such as Chris) we would be lost. Chris was a highly talented cadet who I had the privilege of serving with on the Cadet Field Training Regimental Staff during the summer of '07. I was the camp Executive Officer at Camp Buckner, and benefited from having such a hard working young man on the staff. Well done Chris, be thou at peace... |
