Daren, I never knew you but met a young man who served with you in Afghanistan today. I can't begin to tell you the incredible impact you have made on his life. From the short time that I spoke with him, I became amazed by the sense of purpose he has, the kind of reason to embrace life that you have given to him. I know he misses you so so much. I want to thank you for your service and sacrifice- but know your passion for life lives on in your friend Patrick- I hope to meet you someday in a place where we all live in peace. |
