Dear Mr. and Mrs. Runkle and Family, May God bless your son John and the Soldiers who were lost with him. Thank you for John and for the service he rendered to our nation and its citizens. May you find some comfort in knowing that his legacy will live on in his classmates and in the innumerable Soldiers and people he touched during his too short life.
