| although he was a tall flanker and i was a short runt, i knew ed quite wll during his time at west point, being the cadet battalion commander of the provisional fourthclass bn during our plebe christmas and the cadet company commander of my company at camp buckner during our yearling summer training. he was a friendly person. i was surprised to learn of his having been medically discharged when we were cadets. may he rest in peace. |
