4 August 2012 Dear 1LT Lambka, Sir, It is with deep sadness that I have read of your passing by enemy combat and wish to convey to you my appreciation for your sacrifice in serving our Country, the United States. You have given the last full measure of devotion, an act that is selfless and courageous, for which this Nation and I owe you an eternal debt of gratitude. Thank you brave warrior, may you rest in peace. Dear Family, Friends, and Colleagues of Todd William Lambka, Your pain and suffering is also carried with me for your loss.
