30 June 2012 Sir, It is with great sadness that I have read of your passing due to enemy action. You have served your Country, the United States, well and have given the last full measure of devotion in this, your service. I am forever in your debt for your sacrifice that allows our Nation to continue to breathe free. To the family, friends, and colleagues of 1LT Stephen Chase Prasnicki, To lose your loved one in the service of our Country is also your sacrifice. Thank you for your dedication and please know that your pain is my pain. May time move quickly to soften the grief of your loss. Respectfully, Stephen G.
