Jack was one of the most wonderful guys I have ever met. We were in math class together and I can remember the countless hours we spent studying, where he would always bring over a coke or something, always thinking of others before himself. He was a ray of sunshine in my darkest hours, and I know I'm not alone on that one. As the Corps stood out by the Plain last night, the true feelings of sorrow were apparent in everyone's faces. He will be missed and never forgotten by everyone. He is in a better place than any one of us can imagine. May you trust in the Lord in this time of sorrow and loss. "When everything is ready I will come and get you, so that you can always be with me where I am" John 14:3 |
