Dear Mr. and Mrs. Heinmiller and children, I am so very sorry for the loss of your son and brother. It is at times like this that you realize that West Point is a family. I have been so grieved this week by the loss of John. A member of our greater family has been lost. God knows your hurt and he will uphold you with His righteous right hand.
