Be Thou At Peace

It has been several months now since Jack passed away, and I prepare myself for another TAPS vigil in honor of those who fell in the recent attack on America. I find myself not only grieving for those families, but also for Jack's family. He made West Point a better place with his laughter and smile, and as the months have gone by without him, I think about him every day. When times get hard I look to his memory, and he can still always cheer me up. Jack taught me about myself and my own attitude and he continues to teach me throughout each day as I know he keeps his eyes on his friends at West Point. Jack will never be forgotten.
