Be Thou At Peace

Posted by bash brother on April 22, 2003:

well it is two years now since we all lost such a special person. I don't know what to say except that he was such a great man. I would give anything for him to be here with me. I know he would make it so much better. I will never forget the times we spent together...oh wow, Oak Point...with his red hair and skater clothes. CMS....red team with brianna, stacey, sarah, colin, mrs. Iverson. sneaking the BB gun out back to get some birds. those were the days. Playing hockey always...and some football. getting in so many fights during spring league. I could always count on john to watch out for me...no matter what. High school...good times. Watching john get straight A's so he could have a car, WCW, The harmonica. neil young. johnny cash. slapshot. helping jimmy learn to ride a bike. so many fun times in that basement, even after it got finished. beating up on joe when he was younger. Sue was always a great sport, and a great sister to john. I have never seen parents with so much love for their family as John and Julie. so many great memories. I could go on forever. I think about you guys all the time. Thanks for everything buddy.

long may you run big bad john
