Be Thou At Peace

Posted by friend on December 12, 2003:

John was one of the nicest and most respected kids I have ever met. If John talked, everyone would listen. He also always made everyone feel comfortable. He would go out of his way to make sure that everyone felt as though they fit in. He truly was a leader on the field, ice, and in life. John also had a passion for life. Whether it was through sports, scchool, religion, or family, you could tell that John was a passionate person and absolutely loved life. His passions would rub off on others and it was easy to work hard or be happy when John was around. He is someone that I have looked up to throughout high school and continue to today. This is a loss that I still struggle to come to terms with, however I am reassured when I think of how a great and loving family the Heinmiller's are. John and the Heinmiller's are in my prayers. Thanks for all the great memories.
