To the Grandfather that I never knew: I wish that I could have known you Milford. You gave your life so that I may live in freedom and I will always be grateful to you for that. Although I never knew you I somehow miss you. Your wife was as good as they get and I miss her too. I hope to travel to USMA to see your gravesite again soon--Truly hallowed ground. Long live your spirit and the USMA Class of 1940!! |
