In my first semester at West Point I didn't know Anthony as well as I wish I could have, however I still feel that I've lost a brother for we are brothers through Army Football. As a plebe, I notice things, and I notice leaders. Whether he knew I was watching or not, Anthony gave me a lesson in leadership every time he set foot on that football field--I never saw him quit; I never saw him complain; I never saw him play football without a warrior's mentality; and I never saw him in the locker room without a smile on his face. But most important of all, I never saw Anthony give anything less than everything he had. Anthony, you were the man. You will always be remembered. -Curt Daniels |
