| I am proud to have been Tom Odderstol's West Point classmate. I enjoyed his friendship, admired his ability and was ever confident that would take the harder right rather than the easier wrong. We studied together in many of the same academic sections and in more than a few physical education and intramural struggles. It was not my luck to have been stationed with Tom during our careers. It would have been a pleasure to me for our families to have been acquainted. I wish Tom's family the very best. John |
