Todd was one of the few classmates I met after graduation. I helped me a lot in Vietnam where he was a Special Forces Unit commander. Twenty years later he visited me in Korea where I was a Military Attache and he was a traveling businessman based in Washington DC. Todd remained ever the easygoing, amiable and confident fellow I had always known. I was sad to learn that he had passed away because I lost a friend. Brigadier General Ramon M.
