| Dan was a one time roommate and a long time friend. He was extremely intelligent and also extremely giving. He was quick to share his academic abilities with those who needed his help. This was more than just a quick answer to a question...Dan spent many hours coaching an tutoring others. He loved his cross country running and carrying the guidon for K2. During our sparing contacts over the years I learned that Dan had retained his genuineness and naievite. He was fun to be around. We will miss him. |
