A final salute to a fellow West Pointer from another Vietnam veteran who remembers well his friend and classmate. Mike was one of my very first friends from Beast Barracks. We belonged to the same academic bracket, so more often than not, we found ourselves in the same classroom several times a day. He was a devout Catholic who served Mass on Sundays while I sang at the choir loft. But he impressed all with his prowess as a track star.
